1. Unplug modem from USB(for PCMCIA use safe removing) if connected
2. Remove simcard from modem
3. Connect modem to USB/PCMCIA port and close Connection manager softwares(in case when running)
4. Click READ INFO to be sure is modem is detected and simlock status = “ENABLED”
5. Click UNLOCK and wait when operation will finish
6. Modem is unlocked

5. Kliknij ODBLOKUJ i poczekaj aż operacja się zakończy
6. Modem jest odblokowany

1. Be sure that battery is at least half charged!!!
1. Power ON phone without simcard
2. Connect USB cable, install drivers from support: Samsung_USBDrivers.exe
3. Select “Read Unlock Codes” option and click EXECUTE
4. Do not try disconnect phone or other stupid things!!!
5. Wait few seconds for codes
TIP: for read unlock codes phone can be in Samsung or Qualcomm mode

If phone ask for PhoneLock code after power on use [method 1]
If phone ask for SimCard code after power on with simcard inside use method 2

[Method 1]
1. Power ON phone without simcard
2. Connect cable, install drivers from support: Samsung_USBDrivers.exe (or from CD with phone)
3. Select “Read PhoneLock” option and click EXECUTE and wait for codes
4. If phone have SimCard lock set(check with simcard) do now Method 2

[Method 2]
1. Power ON phone without simcard
2. Enter code: *#782872# it will switch mode to Qualcomm
3. Connect cable, install drivers from support: QUALCOMM_USB_Driver.rar
4. Go to SETTINGS and click DETECT,select COM port with “Qualcomm Diagnostic” name and click ACCEPT
5. Select “Read PhoneLock” or “Read Simcard Lock”(or both) option(s) and click EXECUTE and wait for codes
6. Switch back communication to Samsung mode by enter *#726872# code

TIP: PhoneLock code can be readed in both Samsung & Qualcomm mode
SimCard Lock code can be readed ONLY in Qualcomm mode

HOW DOES IT WORK : STEP BY STEP ( Online Server Users )

1. Select producer, correct device type model from the drop-down list.
2. Pay by PAYPAL or Credits Card.
3. Click “Get Login/Password” button in KKMC/KKSE EXE.
4. Enter payment details: TransactionsID/ReceiptID and email addres (email addes must be the same as in the payment system).
5. Check mail box for Kulankendi server access.
6. By “copy/paste” enter Login and Password details to correct places in KKMC/KKSE Client EXE.
7. Select correct model from list and read step by step manual in left window for unlocki Your mobile phone or data card.

3. Connect modem to USB port and wait for “ZTE Mobile Connection” run
4. Run and Exit “ZTE Mobile Connection” application and wait few seconds till modem will be detected by system
5. Click READ INFO to be sure is modem is detected and simlock status = “ENABLED”
6. Click UNLOCK and wait when operation will finish
7. If Client will not reboot modem then disconnect and connect back modem
8. Modem is unlocked
