Information for customers who bought Griffin Box from our company
To update Griffin Box to CRD/Crusader after payment complete you need only to give us Serial Number (S/N) that shows after running Griffin Box.
Information for customers who bought Griffin Box elsewhere
Fact of displaying Serial Number of your Box when it runs doesn't means that you got ORIGINAL Box. People who hacks Griffin Box clone one or few Boxex and then copy their serial numbers to 50 pcs or more and all of them got's 1 S/N. In this way update to CRD cannot be done without activation. You need first active your Box and only after you may buy CRD. If you want to get information if your Box is original one or cloneed please e-mail to us with your S/N (time for answer can take even to few days but it's only for chekcing purposes in Griffin Team).

How update procedure looks ?
After payment complete and recive from you S/N we will send you special CRD/Crusader aplication with Personal Update for your Griffin Box - you need only to upload it via exisitign software for Griffin Box and you can start using CRD. No need to send device to us !!!
